We want you to be 100% satisfied with every product(s) that you have purchased from Jet & Ivy. If we do not meet your expectations, you may return any item(s) from your order within 14 days of the original purchase date with the tags attached.

HOW TO RETURN 

Please contact our office at 904-209-5915 during regular business hours to request a return or exchange. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels. However, we do encourage you to use a shipping resource with a tracking system for any return. Please return items to Jet & Ivy, 206 Ashourian Ave, Ste 110, St. Augustine, FL 32092

RETURN OPTIONS

You can return your product(s) for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Refunds will exclude all shipping and handling charges as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Again, any products returned after the 14-day period are NOT eligible for a refund. 

CREDIT CARD REFUND

If you paid by credit card (debit or credit), refunds from our Shop will ONLY be made to the original card used from which the product(s) was purchased from our Shop.
